📋 Monthly Expense Workflow Guide

Follow these steps to process your monthly credit card expenses:

  1. Upload your credit card PDF statement below. The parser will extract vendor names, dates, and amounts.
  2. Review parsed transactions. Recurring expenses from prior months will be auto-categorized (highlighted in green).
  3. Categorize any new or uncategorized expenses using the dropdown menus.
  4. Submit the finalized data to Google Sheets and export to Excel if needed.
💡 Tip: The system remembers recurring vendors (subscriptions, rent, insurance) and auto-fills their category, subcategory, and notes from prior months.
